Job summary

MSAD15's Dunn School is seeking a Food Service Assistant for a 7-hour, full-time position in the kitchen. You will join a busy team and support day-to-day meal service in the cafeteria.

Requirements include strong customer service, ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs, ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain, and 1+ year experience in school food service including cooking or POS/cashier operations.

The MSAD15 School Nutrition Department is currently seeking a responsible, positive individual with strong customer service skills to join our busy Dunn School kitchen team.

Key Requirements

• Strong team player with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service.
• Ability to remain on your feet for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs. on occasion.
• ServSafe certification (or willingness to obtain) is required.
• 1+ years of experience in school food service is preferred, including experience in cooking and/or POS/cashier operations.

This is a full‑time position that includes supporting and filling in for the kitchen manager as needed.
