Job summary

WarHorse Gaming, a division of Ho-Chunk, Inc., is seeking a Food Server to deliver exceptional dining experiences in Omaha, NE. This role handles guest orders, serves food and beverages, and maintains a clean, welcoming dining area in a fast-paced casino environment.

The position requires strong guest service skills, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to work flexible shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Training and advancement opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Must be 19 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Ability to use smartphones, tablets, and touchscreen technology.
• Commitment to exceptional guest service and ethical conduct.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take accurate food and beverage orders.
• Serve food and alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standards.
• Maintain dining room cleanliness and set up/clear tables.
• Enter orders into the POS system and assist with other servers as needed.
• Record guest preferences and recognize returning guests to personalize service.
