WarHorse Gaming is seeking a Food & Beverage Attendant in Omaha, NE to deliver exceptional guest service by taking orders, preparing items, and maintaining cleanliness. You will interact with guests, recommend menu items, and ensure accurate processing of transactions in a fast-paced casino restaurant setting.

The role requires 19+ years of age, a high school diploma, and the ability to operate mobile devices and touchscreen POS systems.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate mobile devices, tablets, and touchscreen POS systems.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service and maintaining ethical standards.
• Ability to secure and maintain a Nebraska Gaming License.

Responsibilities

• Deliver prompt, friendly, and professional service to every guest.
• Accurately take food and beverage orders while providing menu recommendations.
• Prepare food and beverage items according to recipes and presentation guidelines.
• Review completed orders with guests to ensure accuracy and satisfaction.
• Process guest transactions and follow cash-handling procedures.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and promotions.
• Maintain clean, organized workstations per health department standards.
