Job summary

WarHorse Gaming in Omaha, NE is seeking a Food Server to provide friendly, attentive service in a fast-paced casino environment. You will take orders, serve meals and drinks, and ensure guests have an outstanding dining experience that reflects company standards.

The role supports day, swing, and grave shifts with opportunities for tips and advancement. Prior dining experience and familiarity with mobile devices are a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be 19 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Ability to use smartphones, tablets, and touchscreen technology.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous, and professional food and beverage service to all guests.
• Greet guests upon arrival and thank them as they depart.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the point-of-sale system.
• Serve food and alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards and applicable laws.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and beverage offerings.
