Responsibilities include greeting guests, taking orders, relaying to kitchen and bar, ensuring timely service, handling payments, and maintaining a clean, organized section in a fast-paced venue with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Previous serving experience required.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills are essential.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks, and work as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practice.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to go up and down a flight of stairs as well as lift up to 25 pounds.

• Present menus and explain specials or menu items
• Take Accurate food and beverage orders
• Provide recommendations and answer questions about the menu
• Address guest concerns or complaints with professionalism
• Relay orders to the kitchen and bar staff, emphasizing special requests and restrictions
• Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to tables
• Check on guests to ensure satisfaction with their meals
• Maintain a clean and organized section
• Assist with side work, such as rolling silverware and lighting table candles
• Present bills to guests and process payments accurately
• Collaborate and assist other teammates when needed

Industry Standard hourly + Tips + Automatic Gratuity

Availability:

Candidate must be available to work

Thursday, Friday and Saturday Evenings
