Job summary

Spire Hospitality LLC is seeking a Part-Time, On-Call AM Breakfast Server to support our hotel breakfast service. Shifts typically run 5:30 AM to 11:30 AM, with scheduling based on department needs and availability.

• Complete breakfast restaurant setup and ensure the restaurant is prepared for service.
• Provide friendly, attentive, and efficient service to guests.
• Take orders, enter orders into the POS system, and process payments.
• Bus and reset tables throughout service while maintaining a clean and welcoming dining area.
• Complete required restaurant paperwork and maintain accurate records.
• Assist with restaurant breakdown and closing procedures at the end of service.
• Complete all required end-of-day paperwork accurately.
• Follow hotel, food safety, sanitation, and guest service standards.
• Work as part of the team to ensure a smooth and positive breakfast experience for our guests.
