Job summary

DoubleTree by Hilton Bemidji is seeking a Breakfast Server to deliver friendly, efficient service to restaurant guests. You will take accurate orders, help with menu knowledge, and ensure guests start their day with a positive dining experience.

Responsibilities include setting tables, clearing dishes, assisting with clean-up, and complying with all restaurant policies. Some holidays and weekends required; both part-time and full-time positions available, with benefits including IRA matching and

Qualifications

• Frequent standing or walking for shifts.
• Lifting up to 30 pounds.
• Maintaining cleanliness of breakfast area and dining space.
• Occasional usage of stairwells.
• Ability to work some holidays and weekends.
• Customer service experience is beneficial but not required

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level customer service to guests and take accurate orders.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items and daily specials.
• Set tables and remove used dishes/place settings.
• Assist with cleaning duties and ensure compliance with restaurant policies.

Job description

The Breakfast Server will be responsible for providing high-levels of customer service to all restaurant guests by providing prompt service, taking accurate orders, and maintaining a strong working knowledge of all menu items and daily specials. The Breakfast Server will perform customer service duties in a friendly and professional manner at all times, and ensure that the customers have an enjoyable dining experience. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to the proper setting of tables, removing used dishes and place settings, assisting with cleaning duties, and comply with all restaurant policies and procedures.
