Job summary

Hydrite Chemical Co. is seeking problem-solvers to join a growing team providing consultative sanitation services to food-industry customers in NW Iowa.

The role requires overnight travel and close collaboration with Regional Managers, Business Development Managers, and customer personnel to design and deliver impactful sanitation service plans that improve profitability and quality. Strong English communication and a drive for excellence are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; technical or marketing degree a plus.
• Minimum 5 years experience in sanitation or related field.
• Ability to read, write and speak English; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultative sanitation service to Hydrite’s food-industry customers.
• Assist Business Development Managers and Regional Managers in managing relationships at all levels of management.
• Travel overnight throughout NW Iowa region as required by business needs.
• Identify corrective actions on-site before engaging other Hydrite departments.
• Prepare written service/usage reports for customers and managers.
• Understand and articulate process flow at each account and communicate deviations to Regional Manager.
• Assist in plant surveys, presentations, and service plan design.
• Contribute to adjusting customer cost plans and meeting annual goals with Regional Manager.
• Train sanitation employees in group settings and uphold Hydrite’s standards.
