Job summary

Hydrite is seeking problem-solvers to join our sanitation service team. Overnight travel is required to service customers regionally and to support Business Development managers.

This role focuses on optimizing plant sanitation programs, delivering corrective actions on-site, and preparing clear service reports. Requires strong communication and a valid drivers license. Hydrite offers competitive benefits including 401k and health cover.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree preferred but not required; technical or marketing degree a plus.
• Minimum 5 years experience in a related field.
• Strong understanding of food and/or dairy sanitation and its effect on food quality and profitability.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Serve sanitation customers to optimize plant sanitation programs per plant survey and PAMP goals.
• Identify corrective actions on-site before engaging other Hydrite departments.
• Prepare written service/usage reports for customers and managers.
• Understand and articulate process flow at each account; identify latent problems and solutions.
• Communicate deviations from survey to Regional Manager immediately.
• Assist in plant surveys, presentations, and service plan design to deliver Hydrites value.
• Make adjustments to the customers cost plan when applicable.
• Meet annual goals with Regional Manager and execute sales/service tasks.
• Train sanitation employees in group settings and maintain customer needs.
