Clemens Food Group is seeking a FSQA Technician on the 2nd shift (5PM-2AM, Tue-Sat) at our Hatfield, PA facility. You will monitor food safety and quality programs, perform inspections, and support audits to ensure USDA, HACCP, GMP, and SSOP compliance.

The role requires 2–4 years in food safety or QA, with HACCP knowledge and strong documentation skills. A high school diploma or GED is required; an associate degree is preferred. Join a team focused on product safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–4 years in food safety, quality assurance, or food manufacturing.
• Familiarity with HACCP, GMPs, SSOPs, and safety principles.
• Ability to interpret specifications, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and data entry.

Responsabilités

• Monitor food safety and quality inspections across production areas.
• Perform HACCP monitoring and CCP checks with documentation review.
• Ensure GMPs, SSOPs, and food safety programs compliance.
• Conduct pre-, during-, and post-operational inspections as required.
• Verify labeling accuracy, packaging integrity, and product quality.
