Clemens Food Group is seeking an FSQA Technician to help ensure the safety and quality of our food products. You’ll perform floor inspections, support USDA/HACCP compliance, and contribute to continuous improvement across departments.

With 1–2 years in food safety or quality, you’ll collaborate with multiple teams, own your tasks, and help maintain our high standards on the production floor. This second shift offers autonomy and growth within a family-owned company.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in food safety or quality.
• Degree in Bio/Chem/Food Science a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration with multiple departments.
• Proficiency with HACCP principles.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Monitor USDA, HACCP, and sanitation regulations through pre-op and operational inspections.
• Drive incident and complaint investigations, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Execute FSQA policies and ensure quality standards across departments.
• Balance 80% hands-on work on the production floor with 20% admin and reporting duties.
