Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have knowledge of food safety and quality concepts.
• Experience following GMPs and maintaining sanitary conditions.
• Ability to read and comprehend written procedures in English.
• Ability to communicate clearly and work with cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Ensure product meets Food Safety and Quality requirements.
• Assist in training production employees on safety and quality.
• Perform pre-operational and operational inspections of production areas.
• Calibrate pH meters, thermometers and scales for accuracy.
• Provide COAs to customers requesting finished product test results.
• Maintain accurate documentation of testing and results.
• Follow USDA, FSIS, FDA and customer guidelines.
