Armstrong Group is seeking a quality assurance professional to maintain SQF, HACCP, GMP, and SOP programs across multiple facilities. You will lead QA audits, review data for risks, and coordinate documentation while supporting production and sanitation teams.

Excellent communication and strong computer skills are required. This full-time role involves travel between facilities and a commitment to food safety excellence.

Qualifikationen

• Food science or related degree preferred; experience considered.
• HACCP and PCQI certifications required.
• SQF practitioner certification is a plus.
• Experience with SQF, HACCP, GMP, SSOP and quality systems required.
• Strong computer skills and good written/verbal communication.

Aufgaben

• Ensure finished products ready for delivery by controlling inputs and monitoring processes.
• Analyze QA processes and suggest improvements.
• Coordinate SQF program maintenance, records, and policies.
• Serve as primary resource for SQF, GMP, allergen controls, recalls, and documentation.
• Perform internal audits, mock recalls, traceability exercises, and verification.
• Support production including mix making, cleaning, and sanitation schedules.
• Oversee proper chemical handling and sanitation practices.
• Review data to identify risks and drive corrective actions.
• Lead sanitation team to ensure safe cleaning and ATP testing.
• Train new employees on SQF, HACCP, GMP, SOP, and SSOP topics.
