Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Licenses/certificates as required by federal, state, and local regulations are covered.
• Willing to travel 50-70% for audits and client support.

Responsibilities

• Perform audits and inspections to assess conformity to regulatory, industry, and client standards.
• Observe food prep and cooking standards to ensure safety and sanitation.
• Educate and coach clients to improve workplace food safety.
• Investigate food safety incidents and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain flexible schedule to accommodate client needs, including some evenings and weekends.
