Job summary

Rentokil is seeking a Food Safety Specialist to support hotel, restaurant, and grocery clients in upholding brand standards and delivering safe, high-quality food experiences. You will conduct assessments, observe operations, and train staff to maintain compliant, healthy environments.

The role requires strong food safety knowledge, the ability to travel and work flexible hours, and the skill to educate clients on best practices.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of food safety and regulatory standards.
• Experience conducting audits and inspections.
• Willingness to travel 50–70% (8–10 days per month).
• Ability to train staff and educate clients on safety.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments to ensure conformity with regulatory and brand standards.
• Observe food prep and cooking to ensure safety and sanitation.
• Coach clients on creating safer workplaces and protecting customers.
• Carry out audits and inspections for multiple clients.
• Investigate food safety incidents and implement corrective actions.
