Rentokil is seeking a Food Safety Specialist to support hotel, restaurant, and grocery clients in upholding brand standards and delivering high-quality, safe food service. You will observe prep, conduct audits, and train staff to improve guest experiences.

Travel is required up to 70% of the time, including some evenings and weekends. A strong knowledge of food safety and appropriate licenses/certifications are preferred. Full-time benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Licenses/certificates as required by federal, state, and local regulations.
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards and practices.
• Ability to train and educate staff on safety procedures.
• Experience supporting hotels, restaurants, and grocery clients.

Responsabilités

• Conduct assessments to measure conformity to regulatory and brand standards.
• Observe food prep and cooking standards to ensure safety and sanitation.
• Teach clients to create safer, healthier workplaces.
• Travel 50%-70%, 8-10 days per month, including some evenings and weekends.
• Conduct audits and inspections and monitor food safety.
• Assist with training and educating staff on procedures.
• Investigate food safety incidents as needed.
• Work a flexible schedule to meet client needs.
