Job summary

Kraft Heinz, Inc. in Massillon, OH is seeking a Quality Assurance position to audit production processes, verify compliance with HACCP/GMP, and support corrective actions. The role involves sampling, data logging, and assisting in QA training across shifts.

The candidate should hold a BS in a related science with 2–4 years of experience, and be proficient in Excel and Oracle Agile. Regular auditing and hold-tag practices are expected.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Microbiology, Biology, Chemistry or related science.
• 2–4 years related experience and/or training; or a combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of CFRs for food, meat and poultry and OSHA requirements.
• Proficient with Excel/Word and general computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Audit and record HACCPs and control points data per policy.
• Audit ingredients use for lot tracking against process sheets and data.
• Verify conformance of processing systems to standards and regulations.
• Apply Hold Tags for non-compliant equipment or areas and document holds.
• Maintain production log book and log all process sheets.
• Assist training of others in QA functions as needed.
• Collect micro samples for QA testing and perform analyses as required.
• Support 5S housekeeping and safety programs in the lab.
