Job summary

You will analyze data, maintain lab records, calibrate instruments, prepare reagents, and participate in proficiency testing and audits while ensuring accuracy and safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science or related field; or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of laboratory safety.
• Experience with pathogens in food production.
• Ability to use basic laboratory equipment.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Perform microbiology and chemistry tests per established protocols.
