Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is seeking a Senior Analyst, FSQA Data & Solutions to turn food safety information into practical analytics and decision-support tools.

You will partner with FSQA and DI&A to deliver data pipelines, dashboards, and reports that help identify and reduce risks. As an individual contributor, you will balance recurring analytics with hands-on development, work with enterprise technology teams to ensure data reliability, governance, and compliant access, and support

Qualifications

• 5-7 years hands-on data experience in data management and analysis.
• Proven ability to compile and analyze multi-faceted data to drive decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with teams and leadership.
• Strong presentation skills for senior leadership audiences.

Responsibilities

• Serve as FSQA data and solutions partner, balancing reporting with practical tool development.
• Collaborate with IT and analytics teams to define data requirements and models.
• Translate analytical needs into data pipelines and dashboards for decision support.
• Conduct recurring and ad hoc analyses, identify trends and root causes.
• Develop and improve reports, dashboards, workflows, and low-code data models.
