Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is seeking a Lead Analyst, FSQA Produce to oversee food safety and quality across assigned produce categories in our U.S. operations.

You will perform hazard analyses, conduct supplier audits, and manage data in the Food Quality Reporting System to drive continuous improvement. Collaborating with Restaurant, Operations, Supply Chain, and external partners, you will develop preventive controls, manage supplier scorecards, and support documentation such as QIPs and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Food Safety and Quality Assurance.
• Experience conducting supplier and distribution center assessments.
• Ability to travel and drive to restaurants, DCs, and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Perform hazard analyses and risk assessments for produce and conduct on-site FSQA audits.
• Manage Food Quality Reporting System (FQRS) and respond to questions.
• Lead data-driven improvements and supplier scorecard reporting.
• Collaborate with restaurants, distributors, and vendors to investigate issues.
• Develop corrective actions and preventive controls across the supply chain.
• Maintain and update quality documentation and QIPs.
• Lead cross-functional projects with timelines and deliverables.
• Present findings to leadership and drive continuous improvement.
• Monitor weather-related risk patterns to mitigate issues.
