Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) from a 4-year college or university is required.
• 5-7 years’ hands-on data experience in data management and analysis.
• Proven ability to compile and analyze large, multi-faceted data from multiple platforms.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx or other data visualization tools.
• Fundamental understanding of databases; Snowflake, Salesforce Service Cloud, ServiceNow; semi-structured data preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with cross-functional teams and leadership.
• Demonstrated experience presenting cross-functionally and breaking down silos.
• Strong presentation skills with a senior leadership audience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a data and solutions partner for FSQA, balancing recurring reporting with hands-on tool development.
• Partner with Data & Analytics, Enterprise Architecture, Information Security, and other technology teams to define business and data requirements.
• Collaborate with FSQA stakeholders to identify analytical needs and translate them into requirements for dashboards and data pipelines.
• Conduct recurring and ad hoc analyses, identify trends and root causes, and provide actionable recommendations for leadership.
• Use analytics tools to create, test, and improve reports, dashboards, workflows, and decision-support tools.
• Bring together information from internal and external sources to answer complex business questions.
• Define problem scope, intended users, and success criteria with stakeholders.
