You will conduct hazard analyses, lead on-site supplier audits, and manage the Food Quality Reporting System (FQRS) to respond to questions and drive continuous improvement across the supply chain. The role emphasizes preventive controls, supplier oversight, and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a 4-year college or university is required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Food Safety and Quality Assurance in related field.
• Experience with supplier and distribution center assessments is preferred.
• Strong understanding of Food Science principles and sensory analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage hazard analyses and risk assessments for produce categories.
• Conduct on-site FSQA audits of suppliers or facilities and manage QIPs.
• Lead data collection, analysis, and reporting from the FQR system and restaurant tests.
• Collaborate with operations, training, and supply chain to drive improvements.
• Maintain supplier scorecards and drive preventive actions with vendors.
