Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is seeking an International FSQA Manager to lead a world-class food safety and quality program across partnerships and ventures.

You will collaborate with suppliers, distributors, and licensees to develop strategies, conduct audits, and drive continuous improvement across the supply chain. Requirements include a bachelor’s in Microbiology or Food Science (Masters/PhD preferred), 5–8 years in FSQA, travel 50–60%, and bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology, Food Science, or related field required. Master’s/PhD preferred.
• 5–8 years of FSQA experience with 1–3 years of people leadership or supervision.
• Experience conducting supplier and distribution center audits and quality evaluations.
• Strong knowledge of food science, microbiology, and quality management systems.
• Willingness to travel 50–60% for audits and projects.

Responsibilities

• Support international partnerships and develop a comprehensive FSQA strategy with licensee partners.
• Conduct audits and quality assessments at suppliers, distribution centers, and restaurants as needed.
• Collaborate with suppliers, distributors, and laboratories to analyze data and update documentation.
• Lead data collection procedures and use SPC to analyze results.
• Coach field leadership and support continuous improvement projects.
