Kalahari Resorts & Conventions in Wisconsin Dells, WI is hiring Hosts, Bussers, and Food Runners to deliver friendly, responsive service and create a memorable dining experience.

In these roles you will greet guests, present menus, suggest items, clear and reset tables, and contribute to a team that lives the Kalahari Promise to Lead with Love.

Your professionalism and helpful attitude will set the tone for a positive overall impression of the Kalahari.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly, and courteous service at all times.
• Remove used tableware between courses; clear and reset tables after guests leave.
• Greet guests, inform them of specials, provide menu tours, and recommend items you genuinely feel guests will enjoy and menu changes.
• Participate as a team and use core values and service expectations listed in the Kalahari Promise daily.

What We’re Looking For

• Prior restaurant experience in a full-service restaurant or a background in the service industry.
• A leadership style rooted in collaboration, respect, and service to others.
