• Deliver orders promptly with proper service trays to guests.
• Perform side work at start and end of shift as required.

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a RestaurantServer. In this role, you willprovidefriendly, responsive service to create a beyond expectation dining experience for all guests.

As part of our leadership team,you’llembody our Promise toLead with Love—guiding, supporting, and inspiring associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests, inform them of specials, provide menu tours, and recommend items you genuinely feel guests will enjoy and menu changes
• Answer questions about food, beverage, restaurant functions, services, and resort services and activities
• Deliver food and beverage orders from kitchen and bar withappropriate servicetrays to guestsin a timely manner.
• Perform side work at the start and end of each shift as required by service station assignment.
• Monitor andobserveguestsdining experience.Ensure guests are satisfied with the food, beverage, and service. Respond promptly and courteously to their needs and requests.

WhatWe’reLooking For

• General food and beverage knowledge involving at least 1 year of front-of-the-house operations is preferred
• A leadership stylerootedin collaboration, respect, and service to others.
• Ability to effectively deal with internal and external customers, some of whom will requirehigh levelsof patience,tactand diplomacy to defuse anger.Collectaccurateinformation and resolve conflicts.
