Job summary

Credence in Houston seeks a dedicated Food Runner to deliver plates promptly and communicate clearly between kitchen and service staff. You will maintain accurate plate presentation, assist with guest requests, and help keep service areas clean and organized.

Qualifications

• Restaurant or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong memory and quick menu-learning ability.
• Ability to carry multiple plates safely and accurately.
• Food Handler Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Match plates to tickets and deliver food to guests and positions.
• Present dishes with accurate language and note allergies or modifications.
• Protect food temperature and presentation during delivery.
• Assist with table maintenance, water, clearing, resets and guest requests.
• Maintain clean, stocked service and pickup areas.
• Complete opening, running, closing and assigned side work.
