• Strong memory and quick menu-learning ability.
• Ability to carry multiple plates safely and accurately.

Responsibilities

• Match plates to tickets and deliver food to guests and positions.
• Present dishes with accurate language and note allergies or modifications.
• Protect food temperature and presentation during delivery.
• Assist with table maintenance, water, clearing, resets and guest requests.
• Maintain clean, stocked service and pickup areas.
• Complete opening, running, closing and assigned side work.
