AHC Hospitality is hiring for a part-time Front of House role in Grand Rapids. You will report to the work schedule, wear the correct uniform, and support guests with attentive service. The job emphasizes teamwork to enhance the dining experience and requires reporting any guest concerns to the Manager on Duty.

Essential duties include station setup, order timing, food delivery, garnish adherence, and completing assigned side work. Weekend and holiday shifts apply.

Formación

• Have previous restaurant experience with either food running or serving.
• Minimum of 2 years of restaurant experience.

Responsabilidades

• Sets up the front line with equipment and supplies, restocking as needed.
• Reads order tickets, tracks cooking times, and checks plate quality.
• Coordinates with broil/pantry to time hot and cold items and garnish accordingly.
• Delivers food to tables promptly and assists servers to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Completes side work in front/back of house as scheduled by management.
• Nights, weekends, and holidays required.
