Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly with friendly, sincere acknowledgement.
• Provide guest services information about hotel services and local attractions.
• Address guest requests and complaints within ten minutes with professionalism.
• Deliver and ensure guest room items are clean and functional.
• Replenish linen and guest amenities; check storerooms for supplies.
