Maison Métier in New Orleans’ Warehouse District is seeking a Food Runner to deliver orders quickly, ensure correct temperature and presentation, and support servers to maintain a smooth dining flow.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, hospitality experience, and strong communication and teamwork. Must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 40 lbs in a fast-paced environment with attention to food safety.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food orders to guests quickly, accurately, and professionally.
• Ensure dishes are delivered at the correct temperature and presentation.
• Communicate with kitchen staff and servers to maintain smooth service flow.
• Assist servers by clearing plates, refilling beverages, and resetting tables as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the expo line, service stations, and dining areas.
• Help prepare garnishes, sauces, or condiments for service when needed.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Assist with opening, running, and closing side duties.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
