Job summary

Brian Head Resort is seeking a Food Runner/Busser to join our Food & Beverage team. The role involves delivering meals quickly and accurately, assisting servers and kitchen staff, and ensuring guests have a great dining experience.

You will help maintain clean dining areas, support with water service, and assist with opening/closing duties as needed. A Food Handler’s Permit/ServSafe certification is preferred, and a season-pass benefit is offered.

Qualifications

• Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Can stay organized in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Can work weekends, holidays, and evening shifts as needed.
• Food Handler’s Permit/ServSafe Certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food from the kitchen to guests promptly and accurately.
• Ensure orders are complete, properly presented, and delivered to the correct tables.
• Communicate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient food service.
• Assist with clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables during busy periods.
• Help with water service and respond to basic guest requests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in dining areas and service stations.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
