Job summary

Brian Head Lodge in Brian Head, UT is looking for a Food Runner/Busser to play a key role in keeping our restaurant running smoothly by delivering meals quickly and accurately while supporting servers and kitchen staff. Responsibilities include delivering food to tables, ensuring orders are complete and well-presented, coordinating with the kitchen, and clearing and resetting tables during busy periods.

Flexibility is needed for weekends, holidays, and evening shifts; you will maintain

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
• Willing to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• Able to sit/stand for long periods and lift 50+ lbs.
• Food Handler’s Permit or ServSafe certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food from kitchen to guests promptly and accurately.
• Ensure orders are complete, properly presented, and delivered to the correct tables.
• Communicate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
• Assist with clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables during busy periods.
• Help with water service and respond to basic guest requests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in dining areas and service stations.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
