Job summary

Brian Head Lodge is seeking a friendly, reliable part-time Barista to join our Food & Beverage team in Brian Head, Utah. You will prepare coffee and specialty drinks, provide excellent guest service, operate the POS system, and keep the coffee station clean and stocked.

The ideal candidate enjoys a fast-paced environment, can work weekends/holidays, and is willing to learn beverage recipes while delivering a warm guest experience.

Qualifications

• Prior barista or coffee shop experience preferred.
• Has or can obtain a current food handlers' permit.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas, hot chocolate, and other beverages.
• Follow established drink recipes and quality standards.
• Provide friendly, efficient, and professional customer service.
• Operate the POS system and accurately process payments.
• Maintain a clean, organized coffee station.
• Restock supplies and assist with opening/closing procedures.
