Job summary

Brian Head Lodge is seeking a friendly, reliable Barista to join our Food & Beverage team in Brian Head, Utah. This part-time/seasonal role focuses on crafting quality coffee and beverages, delivering fast, friendly service, and operating the POS system during busy mornings.

You’ll stock and maintain a clean station, follow sanitation standards, and support opening/closing duties while helping guests enjoy their mountain experience.

Qualifications

• Food handlers' permit is required or obtainable.
• Previous barista or coffee shop experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas, hot chocolate, and other beverages.
• Follow established drink recipes and quality standards.
• Provide friendly, efficient, and professional customer service.
• Operate the POS system and accurately process payments.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked coffee station.
