Job summary

Join our Food & Beverage team at Brian Head Resort as a Food Service Worker for Winter 2026/2027. You’ll help serve guests in cafeterias and grab-and-go locations, assist with food prep, restock items, and keep dining areas clean while following safety procedures.

This seasonal role offers a friendly mountain environment, free season pass, discounts, and transportation to shifts. You’ll need a current food handler’s card or ability to obtain one, and the job invites dependable, team-oriented

Qualifications

• Food handler's card required or obtainable.
• Food service or customer service experience preferred.
• Team-oriented and dependable.
• Able to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• Stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with a positive attitude and speedy service.
• Help with food prep like portioning, assembling meals, and heating items.
• Restock condiments, utensils, beverages, and grab-and-go items.
• Maintain cleanliness in food prep and dining areas.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Work closely with cooks, servers, and team members to keep the line flowing.
• Other duties as assigned.
