Job summary

Perry's Steakhouse & Grille in Vernon Hills, IL is seeking a part-time Food Runner to ensure guests have a pleasant and timely dining experience. The role is on-site with a base pay of $9.00 per hour plus tips, and weekly pay.

Training and development programs, comprehensive benefits, and advancement opportunities are available. You will greet guests professionally, help maintain a clean dining area, and support the kitchen by keeping service ware and surfaces prepared for the next course.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

The Food Runner position is about:

• Guarantee that the gastronomic experience of the guest, in general, is pleasant, timely and pleasant.
• Provide a professional and welcoming attitude when interacting with guests and employees.
• Remove dirty dishes and utensils between courses.
• Make sure tables are clear, clean and quickly reset between seats.
• Appropriate entrees from Perry's, including Pork Chops, Chateaubriand and Bone-In Tenderloin Steaks tableside for guests.
• Assist the chef team with ongoing maintenance of kitchen, including replenishing appropriate cutlery and crockery, cleaning all surfaces and floors throughout the kitchen.
