Perry's Steakhouse and Grille in Lone Tree, CO is seeking a Food Runner for an on-site, part-time role. The job ensures guests have a timely and pleasant dining experience and supports delivery and serving of all food items.

You will maintain a professional, welcoming attitude, reset tables between courses, and assist in the kitchen with keeping cutlery, crockery, surfaces and floors clean. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance plus training and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Guarantee that the gastronomic experience of the guest, in general, is timely and pleasant.
• Assist with delivery and serving of all food items to appropriate guests utilizing pivot point system.
• Provide a professional and welcoming attitude when interacting with guests and employees.
• Remove dirty dishes and utensils between courses.
• Make sure tables are clear, clean and quickly reset between seats.
• Assist with entrees from Perry's for guests.
• Assist the chef team with ongoing maintenance of kitchen, including replenishing appropriate cutlery and crockery, cleaning all surfaces and floors.

The Food Runner position is about:

• Guarantee that the gastronomic experience of the guest, in general, is timely and pleasant.
• Assist with delivery and serving of all food items to appropriate guests utilizing pivot point system.

• Appropriate entrees from Perry's, including Pork Chops, Chateaubriand and Bone-In Tenderloin Steaks tableside for guests.
• Assist the chef team with ongoing maintenance of kitchen, including replenishing appropriate cutlery and crockery, cleaning all surfaces and floors throughout the kitchen.
