Job description

MFG (Market Fresh Gourmet) is a growing multi-concept restaurant group, currently with four restaurant concepts located in Mishawaka, IN: Corndance Tavern, Bourbon & Butcher, Evil Czech Brewery, and Jesús Latin Grill & Tequila Bar.

Our in‑house butcher shop provides locally sourced meats while our commissary kitchen produces house‑made products for each of our restaurant locations.

With multiple concepts in one city, we offer diverse dining experiences that cater to every personality.

We are looking for a friendly and energetic Food Runner to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Garnish food plates
• Complete orders on trays
• Provide any guest needs after delivering food
• Clean the expo area
• Maintain a sanitized working area

• Ability to clearly communicate guests’ needs to servers, bussers, managers, etc.
• Ability to effectively communicate in the expo window
• Must be able to carry trays or supplies (sometimes over 50 lbs)

All employees receive a 35% food discount on all MFG locations (excluding private events). Alcohol remains full price. Employees are eligible for health, dental, and vision insurance after 60 days of employment and accrue paid time off and holiday pay once the minimum service requirements are met.
