The Italiano in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Food Runner to bridge kitchen and dining room, delivering dishes quickly with precision and care. You will help maintain guest-ready spaces and support servers to ensure a seamless experience.

Ideal candidates bring 6+ months in busy restaurants, strong communication, and a can-do attitude. Flexible availability, including nights and weekends, is preferred.

• At least 6 months of experience in a high-volume restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food from the kitchen to guests quickly, accurately, and professionally.
• Act as a key communication link between Front of House and Back of House teams.
• Prepare dining areas before service, including setting tables and stocking supplies.
• Maintain clean, organized, and guest-ready dining spaces throughout service.
• Remove used dishes, utensils, and glassware as needed.
• Reset and prepare tables efficiently for incoming guests.
• Assist servers by responding to guest needs and communicating special requests.
• Ensure food presentation meets company standards before leaving the kitchen.
• Follow all health, sanitation, and food safety procedures.
• Help create a seamless and memorable dining experience for every guest.
