Job summary

Prime Hospitality Group (PHG) is seeking a Food Runner to join the Bin 23 Bistro Team in Granger, Indiana. The Food Runner will assist the kitchen and service staff to maintain high food quality, presentation, and timing to enhance the dining experience.

The position supports the restaurant's growth and offers opportunities within a successful company known for its branded concepts and guest-focused service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of restaurant experience.
• State certified in food handling procedures.
• Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Reads order tickets and tracks cooking times, checks finished product for proper degree of doneness, appearance and plate presentation.
• Coordinates and communicates with the broil and pantry stations to correctly time and serve "hot and cold" items to the guest.
• Completes all side work in the front and/or back of the house as assigned and scheduled by the members of the management team.
