Job summary

A renowned dining establishment in Raleigh is seeking a Bartender to maintain cleanliness in bar areas and ensure stock levels while providing exceptional customer service. Qualified candidates must be TABC Certified and have the ability to suggest and sell food and beverage items effectively.

Qualifications

• Must be TABC Certified.
• Servsafe or similar Food Handler’s Certificate may be required.
• Suggestively sell guests appropriate food and beverage items using menus and promotions.
• Use the Perry’s 40 steps of service to ensure a great dining experience for guests.
• Enter and order all food and beverage items into the Aloha POS system accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness throughout the bar and lounge areas.
• Ensure all necessary items are stocked, including beer, wine, and glassware.
• Suggestively sell guests appropriate food and beverage items.
• Follow Perry's Restaurants’ 40 steps of service.
• Properly enter and order food and beverages into the Point of Sale system.

TheBartenderposition is about:

• Maintaining a high level of cleanliness throughout the bar and lounge areas.
• Ensure all necessary items are stocked, including beer, wine, liquor, garnishes, plate ware, silverware and glassware.
• Suggestively sell guests appropriate food and beverage items using menus and Bar 79 promotional materials.
• Utilize and follow Perry’s Restaurants’ 40 steps of service required to ensure all guests have an enjoyable and complete dining experience.
• Proper entering and ordering of all food and beverages items into the Aloha Point of Sale system.

CERTIFICATE/LICENSES

• Must be TABC Certified.
• Servsafe or similar Food Handler’s Certificate may be required depending upon store location.
