Job summary

Lake Placid Club Lodges is seeking a Server to join our team in Lake Placid, NY. The role emphasizes guest service excellence, professional communication, and timely service across all dining areas.

You will greet guests warmly, learn the menu items, and perform opening/closing duties while upholding safety and sanitation standards. Weekend and holiday shifts are expected to maintain smooth operations. The position offers benefits and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED a plus but not required.
• Previous experience a plus.
• Must have courteous phone skills and the ability to take accurate messages.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a timely manner with a professional friendly tone
• Provide attentive, efficient, friendly service following SOPs
• Willing to work any day of the week, including weekends and holidays
• Complete opening side work to prepare for the shift
• Complete closing side work at end of shift
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
• Have full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods
• Follow all policies and procedures
• Maintain personal hygiene, grooming, clean uniform, and professional appearance
• Be punctual when reporting to work and clock in after being in full uniform
• Maintain cleanliness of dining and patio areas
