Hireology in Whiteface, NY seeks a friendly and professional server to greet guests, take orders, and provide attentive service across shifts, including weekends and holidays. You will follow SOPs, maintain cleanliness, and uphold high standards of personal hygiene and appearance.

• High School Diploma/GED a plus but not required.
• Previous experience a plus.
• Must have courteous phone skills and the ability to take accurate messages.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a timely manner with a professional friendly tone
• Provide attentive, efficient, friendly service following our SOP’s
• Willing to work any day of the week, including weekends and holidays
• Complete all opening side work to prepare yourself for the shift
• Complete all closing side work at end of shift
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
• Have full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods
• Follow all policies and procedures
• Responsible for personal hygiene, grooming, clean uniform, and professional appearance
• Responsible for punctuality when reporting to work, and clocking in only after being in full uniform
• Maintains cleanliness of all dining and patio areas
