Job summary

Didion Milling Inc. in Cambria, WI is seeking a Food Quality Technician to ensure product safety and quality in a fast-paced facility.

You will perform routine tests, record data, and maintain a clean, compliant environment while adapting to changing priorities. We offer competitive pay with a $3.00/hour night shift premium, 40 extra PTO hours annually for night shift, and a full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, life and disability insurance.

Qualifications

• Experience in quality or lab testing preferred.
• Ability to work in regulated food environments.
• Strong computer skills and willingness to learn new systems.

Location: Cambria, WI

Compensation: $22-$26 per hour (based on experience)
Shift Premium: +$3.00/hour |Extra PTO: 40 hours annually

What You’ll Do

• Perform routine testing and inspections to guarantee product quality and safety.
• Accurately record and analyze data using computer systems.
• Maintain a clean, food-safe work environment by following established procedures.
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities and keep operations running smoothly.
• Collaborate with a team committed to precision and continuous improvement.

Physical testing + production quality checks (no chemistry or advanced lab experience required)!

What You Bring

• A strong work history and proven reliability.
• Sharp attention to detail and a passion for quality.
• Comfort working in regulated or food-safe environments.
• Basic computer skills and eagerness to learn new systems.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with a sense of urgency.
• A team-first mindset and desire for professional growth.
• (Experience in lab testing, food production, or quality assurance is a plus—but not required. We’ll train the right candidates!)
