Job summary

Didion Milling in Cambria, WI is hiring a Food Quality Technician to help ensure product safety and quality across our operations. You'll perform routine testing, document results, and keep a clean, compliant work environment.

The role offers two 12-hour shifts, a starting hourly pay of $22–$26 with a $3 premium for night shifts, plus 40 hours of extra PTO and full benefits. We train the right candidates and value teamwork and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Experience in lab testing or quality control is a plus, but training is provided.
• Ability to follow procedures and maintain accuracy in data entry.
• Comfort in a food-safety regulated environment.

• Available Schedules:
  • 6AM–6PM | 2-2-3
  • 6PM–6AM | 4 day on/4 days off
• Location: Cambria, WI
• Compensation: $22-$26 per hour (based on experience)
  • Shift Premium: +$3.00/hour and Extra PTO: 40 hours annually for night shift

What You’ll Do

• Perform routine testing and inspections to guarantee product quality and safety.
• Accurately record and analyze data using computer systems.
• Maintain a clean, food-safe work environment by following established procedures.
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities and keep operations running smoothly.
• Collaborate with a team committed to precision and continuous improvement.

Physical testing + production quality checks (no chemistry or advanced lab experience required)!

  Experience in lab testing, food production, or quality assurance is a plus—but not required. We’ll train the right candidates!
