Job summary

Didion Milling in Cambria, WI is seeking a Night Shift Food Quality Technician to help ensure product safety and quality. The role involves routine testing, data recording, and working within a food-safe environment on a 6AM–6PM or 6PM–6AM schedule. A $3.00/hour night shift premium applies and 40 hours of extra PTO are offered.

We value accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a regulated setting. Training is provided; prior lab experience is a plus but not required.
