Job summary

Didion Milling, Inc. in Cambria, Wisconsin, is hiring a Food Quality Technician to ensure the safety and quality of our products that feed families and industries worldwide. You’ll perform routine testing and inspections and record data to support product quality.

No advanced lab experience required; training is provided. We value reliability, attention to detail, ability to work in a regulated environment, and teamwork. Night shift carries a $3/hour premium and 40 hours of extra PTO.

• Available Schedules:
  • 6AM–6PM | 2-2-3
  • 6PM–6AM | 4 day on/4 days off
• Location: Cambria, WI
• Compensation: $22-$26 per hour (based on experience)
  • Shift Premium: +$3.00/hour and Extra PTO: 40 hours annually for night shift

What You’ll Do

• Perform routine testing and inspections to guarantee product quality and safety.
• Accurately record and analyze data using computer systems.
• Maintain a clean, food-safe work environment by following established procedures.
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities and keep operations running smoothly.
• Collaborate with a team committed to precision and continuous improvement.

Physical testing + production quality checks (no chemistry or advanced lab experience required)!

What You Bring

  (Experience in lab testing, food production, or quality assurance is a plus—but not required. We’ll train the right candidates!)
