Didion Milling in Cambria, WI is hiring a Night Shift Food Quality Technician to ensure product safety and quality in a fast-paced facility. The role offers a 4-on/4-off schedule with 6 AM–6 PM or 6 PM–6 AM shifts, and a competitive hourly wage plus a night premium.

Responsibilities include routine testing and inspections, data entry in computer systems, maintaining a clean, food-safe environment, and collaborating with a team committed to continuous improvement.

Food Quality Technician

Schedule 6AM–6PM | 4 day on/4 days off
6PM–6AM | 4 day on/4 days off

Location Cambria, WI

Compensation $22-$26 per hour (based on experience)

Shift Premium +$3.00/hour
Extra PTO 40 hours annually

What You’ll Do

• Perform routine testing and inspections to guarantee product quality and safety.
• Accurately record and analyze data using computer systems.

Physical testing + production quality checks (no chemistry or advanced lab experience required)!
