Job summary

Flying Biscuit Cafe in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Food Quality Inspector who is energetic, organized, and detail-oriented. You will serve as the primary link coordinating activities of the FOH and BOH teams while ensuring meals meet quality standards and plate presentation.

The role requires reliable transportation, ability to pass a background check, schedule flexibility, and a collaborative, learner mindset.

Responsibilities

• Maintains organization of tickets to guide BOH in flow of service.
• Inspects meals for quality and plate presentation of all items.
• Communicates delays to FOH Manager and maintains ticket-time standards.
• Assists other roles including Server and Food Runner when needed.
• Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of expo area.
• Supports FOH and BOH teams to foster positive relationships.
