Job summary

Flying Biscuit Cafe in Cary, NC is hiring a talented and motivated Busser to join our energetic restaurant team. This role supports front-of-house service in a fast-paced environment and helps create a welcoming dining experience for guests.

You will greet and seat guests, deliver food, maintain cleanliness of dining areas and restrooms, and assist with opening and closing duties. We offer growth opportunities, flexible scheduling, and a friendly team culture at our new Cary location.

Qualifications

• Willingness to lift and carry up to 20 lbs.
• Physical stamina for a minimum 6-hour shift.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Ability to train individuals.
• Learner/coachable mindset.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests, following first-time guest protocols
• Communicate features and promotions to guests
• Deliver food to tables in a timely manner
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tables, dining room, and restrooms
• Perform daily opening and closing duties
• Communicate restaurant operational needs to managers
• Maintain a helpful and productive working relationship with the team
• Participate in ongoing restaurant training and scheduled events
